Teacher Training Program
Build a school garden and integrate farm education into your classroom curriculum!
The Teacher Training Program is a two-part intensive program to train NYC public school teachers to create or expand a sustainable school garden and integrate garden activities into their school curriculum. This comprehensive program covers everything from growing your garden committee and creating a garden layout, to identifying and managing weeds and pests, soil fertility and compost, and cooking in the classroom.
